Shipping within Australia

All Australian customers receive complimentary standard shipping for all deliveries within Australia.

Express shipping is available at the rate of $10.

Unless otherwise stated, all orders will be despatched within two (2) working days after placing your order. Delivery is expected within seven (7) working days after placing your order. Please note that working days do not include Weekends or Public Holidays.

International Shipping

All international orders to the value of AU$250.00 or above are shipped by evyie free of charge. All orders under AU$250.00 attract a flat rate packing and delivery charge of AU$45. All prices quoted are exclusive of gst.

Please note that recipients will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. On occasion goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged provided the item is returned in the same condition in which they were sold and within 14 days of delivery. In addition, items may be exchanged for a gift voucher to be used within six months for the value of the item(s).
